If you get this error the username or password you’re using is incorrect.

1. Make sure you’re using the full email address as the username. (example@yourdomain.com)
2. Make sure you’re using the email address you set for this email address when you created it. Passwords are also case sensitive.

If needed you can always reset your email account’s password from your hosting control panel.
