Log in your hosting control panel and click e-mail accounts and e-mail section.

At the bottom of this page you’ll see a list of your e-mail accounts. Click change password for the e-mail account you need to reset.

I recommend using the password generator to generate a good secure password. Click the password generator button.

Click generate password. You can click it multiple times and even go to the advanced options and change the the options it uses to generate the password. Once you have a password that you like I suggest you copy it. Just highlight the password then click control C or right-click and choose the copy option. Now check the box “I have copied the password in a safe place” then click use password.

Now, click change password.

And you’ll see a confirmation that your password has been changed. Now in your e-mail program you can use shift insert to paste the password. Or right-click on the password field and choose the paste option. Make sure you’re using the entire e-mail address as the username.
