If you want domain2.com to open the files in maindomain.com/domain2/ transparently (i.e.. another site) there is a 5.00 per month fee no setup fee, if you have the Economy account. Our other hosting packages come with a set number ofadd ondomains for free.
If you have a professional/reseller account it comes with 50 FTP accounts. You can setup one of the FTP accounts for the stacked domain.
If you want this setup open a helpdesk ticket and request it. Make sure you say in the ticket you understand the fee and authorize the charge if you pay with a credit card. If you pay with paypal send payment to billing@ez-web-hosting.com.
