If you want to load the page http://yourdomain.com/orderform.html you would use:
https://SERVERNAME.ez-web-hosting.com/~USERNAME/orderform.html
Replace SERVERNAME with the name of the server your account is hosted
on. Replace USERNAME with your actual account username.
Your server name is in your welcome letter. You will also see it in your control panel under server info. If you can't find it open a helpdesk ticket we would be glad to tell you.
