If you ordered the domain name from us and it’s not working within 24 hours please contact billing. Angela in billing takes care of all the domain name registrations so if there’s an issue she can help sort it out.
If your domain was registered with a different registrar you’ll just need to login (contact them if you don’t have login info) to their system and update the name servers for your domain name. The welcome email you received when your hosting account was setup included the name servers that you’ll need to use. Our default name servers are:
- ns.ez-web-hosting.com
- ns1.ez-web-hosting.com
